Juli 1971 die volle Verantwortung in Weckhoven \u00fcbernahmen begann f\u00fcr uns beide die l\u00e4ngste \u201eLehre\u201c in unserem Leben. &#8211; Und wenn ich ehrlich bin ist sie auch jetzt noch nicht zu Ende.<\/p>\n<p>1982 wurde uns dann von Maria und Rudi Lenk ihr Caf\u00e9 in Kapellen auf der Neusser Stra\u00dfe 49c zum Kauf angeboten. Sie machten ein sehr faires Angebot deshalb fiel uns das Jasagen auch leicht.<\/p>\n<p>1984 entstand dann aus dem Bungalow-Caf\u00e9 mit der Unterst\u00fctzung erstklassiger Handwerker und der ungew\u00f6hnlichen Statik von Karl-August Braun und dem Architekten Willi Reisepatt das heutige Caf\u00e9 Pesch.<\/p>\n<p>1986 nahmen wir zum Leidwesen vieler Weckhovener B\u00fcrger und mit einer Tr\u00e4ne im Auge nach 15 Jahren wahrer Berufslehre endg\u00fcltig Abschied von der Erprahter Stra\u00dfe 155.<\/p>\n<p>Und heute, nach 35 Jahren, stellen sich auch unsere Kunden die Frage \u201eWie lange noch\u201c???<\/p>\n<p>Eines ist sicher. Es wird sicher zu keiner \u201efeindlichen \u00dcbernahme\u201c kommen &#8211; eher zu einer herzlichen. Die beiden \u201eNachfolger\u201c sind schon seit geraumer Zeit in unserem Hause t\u00e4tig und sich der Verantwortung, die auf sie zukommt, sehr bewusst.
